Updated the PayGuardian installer to include the latest version of Ingenico drivers, version 3.32

Resolved an issue where the PayGuardian.jks file would be removed from installations of PayGuardian prior to the software completing its check to see if the file is current or needs to be updated. If a new .jks file can be found, the existing .jks will remain in the Config folder of the BridgePay directory.

Resolved an issue where versions of PayGuardian would be unresponsive due to PayGuardian setting logs being duplicated in its service log, causing the service log to become too large. In this release, the duplicate of the logs will be removed to make the service log more manageable while retaining the settings logs in their original place.
