While most users have not experienced an issue, we recommend those partners and/or customers with a more stringent security policy to trust the new sites to enable full functionality of the new MyBridgePay user experience. 

Login Page

 

If, upon reaching the login page, the MyBridgePay logo does not appear as shown here in the picture, then the additional sites listed below will need to be trusted/whitelisted.

The following URLS/Hostnames are required for uninterrupted functionality:

  1. Whitelist the main login

    https://www.mybridgepay.com

  1. Whitelist for API calls

    https://www.bridgepaynetsecuretx.com

  1. Whitelist for EMV Virtual Terminal

    https://pgc.bridgepaynetsecuretx.com

A branded site (aka child site) must also whitelist its unique site's URL as well as the URLs listed above in #2 and #3. BridgePay IT can assist with any URL details as needed for a branded site.

A white labeled site (aka separate instance) must also whitelist its unique site's URLs as well the URL listed above in #3. BridgePay IT can assist with any URL details as needed for a white labeled site.
