PayGuardian Desktop is supported for existing integrations. No new integrations will be certified for this product.

NOTICE

Effective June 2026, BridgePay will no longer support old versions of PayGuardian Desktop. All users will be required to update to the latest version. SSL renewals will no longer take place for older versions than 2.4.22 after June 2026.

Prior to downloading a new PayGuardian version, be sure to contact your software provider to ensure the release is approved for your production use. Downloading an unapproved version may cause processing errors and/or a disruption to your payment processing.

Ingenico Telium 2 series was marked end of life effective in 2023 and end of service will happen on October 7, 2029. While these devices can still be used with PayGuardian Desktop, BridgePay will no longer make updates to our application for these device types. We highly recommend upgrading to the Ingenico Tetra line of devices.

Reloading a Telium 2 Device

The newest version requires the device UIA 19.0.2 or higher. To upgrade, please use our PayGuardian Terminal Update Tool.zip

NOTE: This new version also provides updates of the forms and once installation is complete, forms will need to be downloaded from the Hardware tab of PayGuardian Desktop.

PayGuardian 2.4.13 requires port 8406 to be open and available.
