The following enhancements and fixes were made to MyBridgePay in v25.3. These changes are scheduled for production deployment in August 2025.

Updated MyBridgePay UI receipts to display Convenience Fees on Push Payments
Resolved an issue in Recurring Billing where all active wallets were not visible
Resolved an issue where Convenience and Service Fee text appeared on MyBridgePay UI receipts when no fee is active
Resolved an issue where searching for a merchant accounts would cause browser delays and freezes
Updated the Admin Module to allow unlocking users separately from activating/deactivating users
Resolved an issue where Recurring Billing contracts would disable and billing would stop if edited
Improvements to the MyBridgePay Virtual Terminal payment validations

Boarding API
Resolved an issue where “ActivateTokenPayAuthentication” did not activate
Resolved an issue where “DeactivateTokenPayAuthentication” did not deactivate keys
Resolved an issue where “UpdateUser” did not update data elements
Transaction API
Updated the following response codes to now display a 500 error
20001 (Tokenization Service Unavailable)
20002 (BridgePay Internal Server Error)
20003 (Merchant Lookup Service Unavailable)
80001 (Gateway Services Unavailable)
99999 (Unknown Error)
