MyBridgePay Enhancements

The following enhancements and fixes were made to MyBridgePay in v25.1. These changes are scheduled for production deployment in early May 2025.

1. Support Canadian Addresses in MyBridgePay Boarding

With this update, BridgePay is now allowing merchants to use Canadian addresses in boarding new Resellers, Sales Agents, Merchant Groups and Merchant Accounts.

On the Business Info screen, you will notice a Country selector has been added with 2 options, United States or Canada.

Choosing Canada on the Country field will change the State/Province field to only display Canadian provinces.

Please note that when entering Canada and a Canadian province, the entered postal code must be presented in the correct format (A1A 1A1).  A warning to the user will be displayed until the proper field formatting is met.

2. Minor Enhancements / Fixes

•  Resolves an issue with TokenPay where including a ZIP code in the request causes an error when the TokenPay ZIP Field is disabled

• Resolves login issues on Chrome and Edge

• Resolves an issue where deactivated customer accounts are still billed in Recurring Billing

• Resolves an issue where an older card number is used for recurring billing payments after the card number is updated. In this resolution, you will no longer be able to edit credit card numbers. If a card needs to be updated, a new payment method will need to be created in the existing wallet.

• Includes updates in Reporting, Batch Management, and Receipts for Push Payments

• Updated recurring billing contracts to pass Customer Account Numbers on transactions so that it appears in reporting

3. API Enhancements 

Boarding API

• Resolved an issue in which users could change parent IDs to break the hierarchy of an account

• Added Jack Henry as a Processor
