PayGuardian Desktop - Current Version

  • When completing an installation of the application, the application will not auto-start. Now users must start that app from the desktop icon or from the start menu and then open the app from the system tray. This is to avoid installation issues.

  • Updated the installer to require an internet connection before the application can be installed to avoid installation issues.

  • Updated the installer to halt the installation if there is a pending system reboot. This is to avoid installation issues.

  • Resolved an issue where the PayGuadian icon would not appear in the start menu or on the desktop icon.

  • Removed the Tender Type menu, as the options for different card brands were non-functional. If specific card brands are wanted or not wanted, these changes should be made in the MyBridgePay portal in the Account Management Module in the Processor Settings tab.
